New Immigration Law Could Pose Work Challenges for Expats

Many companies here are facing the issue that their foreign colleagues in leading and senior positions are treated in the same way as foreign guest workers under Hungary's new rules.

The new legislation came into force this year, soon after it was published, and has fundamentally changed Immigration regs, with those affected having to adapt faster than expected.
